PLEASE NOTE: We strongly encourage all users to test our service with a short-term plan or trial before purchasing a long-term subscription (6 or 12 months).

1. General Refund Terms

Since our services are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, we cannot offer a refund except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • Technical Failure: Our service is completely down and unusable due to a server-side issue on our end for more than 72 consecutive hours.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
  • Non-Activation: You paid for the service but did not receive your login credentials within 24 hours (and we are unable to resolve the delivery).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Slow internet connection on the user's end causing buffering.
  • Incompatibility with your specific device or third-party app.
  • The removal of specific channels or VOD content (content is subject to change).
  • User error (e.g., providing the wrong email address or failing to follow setup instructions).
  • If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., restreaming or account sharing).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via the client dashboard or our official email. Your request must include:

  • Your Order ID or Transaction Reference.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • A detailed description of the technical issue (including screenshots if applicable).

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The funds will be returned via the original payment method used. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
